Carlsen Design & Construction is a Washington, DC based boutique construction firm specializing in renovations and additions of existing properties and historic restoration using the design/build process. Committed to a "no surprises" approach to estimating, advanced project management technology, and providing technical excellence in execution, Carlsen has earned a reputation with homeowners and design professionals as a preferred resource throughout Washington DC, and the close-in suburbs.
Our Founder
Greg holds his BA from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida and his MBA from USC in Columbia, South Carolina. A proud veteran of the US Marine Corps, Greg worked in financial services in Asia and then as an independent consultant before founding his construction firm.
